Bowlplex - Booking Policy

Bookings for 1 or 2 lanes

Advance bookings for 1 or 2 lanes can only be made in person or online. Telephone bookings for 1 or 2 lanes are not available.

 

Bookings for School Holiday Promotions

Advance bookings for our best value holiday promotions must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance.

 

Daytimes

Bookings are taken for large groups (3 or more lanes) for visits during the daytime at all times and can be made by contacting your local Bowlplex or by booking online. It is advisable to book in advance to avoid being put on a waiting list especially during busy periods such as School and Bank Holidays.

Customers will be given an approximate waiting time should all lanes be fully occupied during their visit. Same day bookings can be made with a minimum of 2 hours notice. This is subject to lane availability and booking fees.

 

Evenings 6pm until close

Bookings are taken for large groups (3 or more lanes) for visits during the evening at all times and can be made by contacting your local Bowlplex or by booking online. It is advisable to book in advance to avoid being put on a waiting list especially during busy periods such as School and Bank Holidays.

A number of lanes are also set aside during these evening hours, for walk-in and waiting list customers.

 

Booking Fee

 A booking fee of £2 per booking will apply to all advance bookings for bowling lanes made over the telephone.  This fee is reduced to £1 per booking for all bookings made online. 

The booking fee does not apply for walk-in bowling or for advance bookings made in person at Reception.

Charges are necessary in order to maintain this additional service and secure your lane at the time you want.

 

Arrival Time

The booking time given to the customer is the time at which bowling is to commence. All customers booking in advance must therefore arrive at the Centre at least 15 minutes prior to the booking time. This will allow time to check-in at Reception to change shoes. Lane(s) are not held under any circumstances after the allocated booking time.

 

Balance Payments

Full payment is required at the time of making your booking.  Please note that this is non-refundable.

Balance payments may be transferred if customers wish to move the booking to another date, provided that at least 7 days notice has been given. The new date must be within one month of the original booking and only one transfer is permitted.

Upon cancellation of a booking or in the event of a reduction in numbers, all payments made to Bowlplex are non-refundable.

 

Refunds

Please note that all payments are non refundable. If a payment has been made in error, please contact the Duty Manager at your chosen Centre. All refunds are at the manager's discretion.

Bowlplex accepts Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard Credit, Mastercard Debit, Maestro and JCB.
