Bowlplex - Booking Policy
Bookings for lanes
Advance bookings for lanes can be made in person, over the telephone by contacting your chosen Bowlplex centre or online via our online booking system.
Daytimes and EVENINGS
Bookings are taken at all times online. When our centres are open you can also book in person or over the telephone by contacting your chosen Bowlplex centre.
It is advisable to book in advance especially during busy periods such as School and Bank Holidays.
Same day bookings can be made with a minimum of 1 hour notice. This is subject to lane availability.
Walk-in customers are still welcome, but please note that at peak times a waiting list may be in operation.
We are proud to confirm that we don't charge a booking fee to reserve lanes.
The booking time given to the customer is the time that your bowling should start. We therefore ask that you arrive at the centre at least 15 minutes prior to the booking time to allow check-in at reception and to change shoes. Please note that lane(s) are not held under any circumstances after the allocated booking time.
All under 18s must be accompanied by an adult of parental age to the minor during evening hours. Children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian during these hours. Please contact us for details of the applicable time(s) that this is in operation at your local Centre.
Payment, refunds and Cancellations
Full payment is required at the time of making your booking. Please note that this is non-refundable. Cancellations are not permitted.
Payments may be transferred if customers wish to move the booking to another date provided that at least 7 days notice has been given. The new date must be within 3 months of the original booking and only one transfer is permitted.
Bowlplex accepts Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard Credit, Mastercard Debit, Maestro and JCB.
