Booking Policy

DAYTIMES:

 

We take bookings for daytimes at all times so please contact your local Bowlplex to book your lane(s).

 

Should all lanes be full when a Customer visits during the daytime, a waiting list system will be in operation and the Customer will be given an approximate waiting time.

 

Please note that the Birthday Bash is held every Friday at Basingstoke Bowlplex between 4.30pm and 6.30pm.

 

Also at Basingstoke, with regards to Group Party Packages, for groups of 8 or more people select from a delicious basket meal - this package is available every day. For groups in excess of 25 people alternately you can book our buffet option which is available Sunday - Thursday.

 

EVENINGS 6pm - CLOSE:

 

A Customer may book a lane for any evening from 6pm, 7 days a week.

 

A number of lanes are also set aside during the evening for walk-in/ waiting list Customers.

 

BOOKING FEE

 

Customers booking a lane in advance will be charged a £1 per lane booking fee. This will apply to bookings for bowling of 1 and 2 lanes.

 

Bookings of 3 lanes or more for bowling, groups booking a package including food and Birthday Bash bookings will not pay the booking fee.

 

If applicable the booking fee will be payable on arrival at Reception along with monies due for bowling.

 

CUSTOMER'S ARRIVAL TIME:

 

The booking time is the time that a Customer must start bowling. This means that the Customer needs to be in the centre at least 15 minutes prior to the booking time. Lane/s will not be held under any circumstances after the allocated booking time.

 

BALANCE PAYMENTS:

 

Full payment is required in advance for bookings of 3 lanes or more, Birthday Bash and groups booking any package including food.

 

The full balance of the money is due 7 days before the booking date at the latest. Once the balance is paid it is non-refundable.

 

If a late booking is made, i.e. less than 7 days to the date of the booking, the full balance is payable upon booking.

 

Balance payments are non-refundable, but may be transferred if the Customer moves the booking to another date, providing 7 days notice has been given. Date to be within 1 month and only 1 transfer allowed.

 

Upon cancellation of a booking or in the event of a reduction in numbers, all cash paid is non-refundable.
