We are currently looking to recruit a Bowling Coordinator for our Oxford complex at Ozone Leisure Park. As a Bowling Coordinator you will have responsibility for managing the bowling operation, co-ordinating customer care activities, customer bookings, taking payments, liaising with customers face to face and over the telephone and deputising for managers. You will be totally customer focused, able to communicate effectively at all levels, able to driving customer service to the highest standards have superb planning and organisational skills and a ‘can do’ attitude.
Previous supervisory experience in a customer service environment, preferably leisure, would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.
The salary for the role is between £11,856 - £13,500 depending on skills and experience plus other staff benefits.
